Nest Thermostat Connection Issue

Hi there,

I'm following up on my previous correspondence with your team.

I had an issue with getting my thermostat connected to the wifi and Nest app. We tried different solutions but it did not work. A case has been opened for me and the issue has been escalated to the upper support team. I was supposed to hear back from them but haven't received anything. 

Please note that I do not have any reference number and have already filled out the form twice.

I was wondering if I could get an update on my file as it has become very annoying. I was on vacation for a week and when I got back my house temperature was 10 degrees although I had set it on 22 degrees.

Hi there,
