Nest Thermostat E Household Automations intermittently work

iOS 17.5.1

Nest App Version 5.77.0

Issue: The routine will work and not work intermittently. Some days it works perfectly and some days it doesnt work at all. 

I have setup 2 household routines that should work as follows: 

Everyday at 4pm "Set to Off"

Everyday When the time is 8PM > Set to ON > Cool set to 71

Troubleshooting: 

- Verified devices and apps are updated 

- Verified on the same network 

- Reset and restarted all devices 

- Deleted all routines and setup new same routines again

Additional Details: 

Nest App Home / Away assist - WAS Off , but I just turned it on today to see if that changes anything 

Google Home Presence sensing - WAS off, but I just turned it on today to see if that changes anything 

Questions: 

- If we manually adjust the thermostat during the day will that STOP automations? EG: Its 1245pm and the temp is set to cool at 71 , we change it to cool at 74 ( eco mode ) 

- Is there any other troubleshooting steps I can do ?

1. When did you notice the Routine run or the unexpected device behavior?
2. Does the History view in the Home app show that a Routine ran?
3. What starters do you have configured for the Routine? 
4. Is the device part of multiple Routines?

- About a month ago

1. Does the History view in the Home app show that a Routine ran?

- Yes, but I have not looked through the entire history 

1. What starters do you have configured for the Routine? 

- "Energy Saver" : Everyday > Thermostat set to OFF @4PM

- "Evening Cool Down" :

Everyday @8pm > Set to ON

Cool Set to 71 

1. Is the device part of multiple Routines?

- No just these 2 routines.

Thanks for your reply and the information. Let's try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Delete all Automations.
2. Remove the thermostat from the Nest App.
3. Perform a Factory Reset on your Nest Thermostat.
4. Add it back to the Nest App.
5. Re-create your previous Automations.
