Hello, have a Nest Thermostat. All of a sudden 4 days ago it stopped showing the Energy History in the iOS app and when I am logged into my pc and view it from the browser. Oh and including my wife's iPhone and her iPad.

Obviously, they are not and were not "working on a fix," because it still doesn't work, and customer support is non-existent.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.
We're aware of a rare issue where the heating and/or cooling usage shown in Energy History shows "no usage," but tapping the day will show detailed usage. The issue occurs because the Nest Thermostat went through a non-orderly restart at some point that day. A non-orderly restart simply means the thermostat wasn’t restarted properly by going to its settings.
