So our work thermostat is locked, the heaters are not working and whoever set the PIN forgot to say what it was... The app was never set up so our only option is to reset the whole thing I guess. Can't get through to the help chat so trying this route to get the ball rolling. Could someone explain how to reset it through my computer/email or email me with more information please. I'm not 100% sure which type of thermostat it is specifically.

I have been trying to find a customer service number but can't find anything online or my packaging. I have the same issue. I'm locked out of my thermostat and need a 4 digit password. It's been impossible to reach someone at Nest now that Google bought them. I have Nest thermostats at 4 different locations and know how to use them. I don't know what to do if someone sets up a password and doesn't share the number.
