Nest Thermostat Online - Can't Access Account on App

My Nest thermostat is currently working fine with the current schedule.  However, when I try to access my account through the app (has worked fine during the last year), it only gives me two (2) options;

1) "Home" - this option takes you to a 2nd screen and only deals deals with "home" or "away" data,

2) "Add product" - this option allows you to add product but mine is already added.  I tried to add it to just see what it would do but it wouldn't allow me to add my thermostats. 

If you select the menu, you only get my name, Messages or support, which do not help.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. It looks like your account has not yet migrated to Nest. Try to sign out again from the app and instead of clicking Continue with Google, try to click Continue with Nest instead then sign in to your account.
