I called Nest Thermostat support yesterday with an issue. Had me go through diagnosis of what was wrong.
Had me switch two wires and turn on that end up frying wiring and blowing fuses on my HVAC unit.
HVAC tech told me they should of never had me swap those 2 wires.
My Case ID [5-7987000033111] noone has responded back to me since complaining?
How do I contact senior manages or corporate?
This is costing me hundreds of dollars to get resolved because of tech support for Nest.
