Nest Thermostat Wiring Issue

I am having issues trying to connect my nest thermostat, after entering the info about the wires it tells me it's not compatible.  I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out how to upload a photo of the wiring here but it keeps telling me I don't have permission to upload photos?

Not sure how to do that either, I have had a Google account for years, even have Google drive and use Google photos, I created my gmail account probably 10 years ago??

When you first sign up for Nest Community access, the email you used to gain access will be sent a verification email.
