Nest Thermostat compatibility

 The orange wire looks like it says W1, and the black wire has no label next to it (and putting X2 was not an option on the compatibility module.) Can anyone help to see if my heat pump would be compatible with s as Next z thermostat?

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Based on the photos of the wires from your current thermostat, this is a heat pump system. This should be compatible on the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen with the 2nd stage heating black wire.
The correct wiring configuration for that in Nest thermostat is the following:

Yellow wire on Y1
Red wire on RC or RH
Blue wire on C
Green wire on G
Orange wire on O/B
White wire on W1
Black wire on W2
