I've changed the batteries, turned the modem on and off and still get no connection with my nest thermostat. It's model G4CVZ/SKU GA01334-US. Do you have any more suggestions or do I need to purchase a new unit? This one is about 2 years old. Thanks!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Let's see what's going on. Are you getting any kind of message or error code when you try to look for your network on the Nest Thermostat?
If there’s no error message or error code. Let’s reset the Nest Thermostat to factory reset and start fresh. Follow the steps below:
Remove the Nest Thermostat from your Google Home app.
Once done, reset the Nest Thermostat to factory reset.
After the reset, proceed with adding the device back to your Google Home app and try to connect again with your network.

Hello and thank you for laying out the steps to reset the thermostat. My first snafu is that I don't see an option for a factory reset in my Goggle home settings. Can you lead me to it, please? Thanks.
