Nest Thermostat home/away

It has been literally over 6-8 months that I have been trying to get the home / away function to work with my nest thermostat(s).

I have done everything that google help, customer service and message boards have asked me to do. I have reset, restarted my thermostats. Deleted the app, reinstalled, switch settings on, then off and on again. Checked my phone settings.

Cannot get home / away to work. Can anyone tell me what to do short of replacing all the thermostats with something else/

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help. 

I understand that thermostat issues can be confusing especially when you feel like you've tried everything, but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 
 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? Have you checked into this article and reviewed the troubleshooting steps?
