we have the best thermostat for almost 3 years now and just a month or so ago , message shows “ very low battery - replace before your thermostat goes offline “. Attached is a pic of our wiring. If wiring was wrong, should have had issues before now right?
Checked R and C wires are securely attached . Please help. Thanks
