Nest Thermostat not turning central heating off

Hi. I had a Nest thermostat installed yesterday with a brand new boiler. The heatlink and the thermostat seem to be communicating just fine. However no matter what I set the thermostat to do the boiler doesn't turn the heating off. It is constantly on. I've had to turn down the temperature on the boiler manually. When I turn the thermostat to make it heat or turn off I can hear the heat link "click" so it seems to be doing something. However the boiler doesn't seem to listen to it's command.

Any advice would be welcomed.

Cheers

I think the obvious is get the installer back!! One day and not working, sounds like a bad install to me.

How many lights on the Heat Link do you have showing?

Did the installer give a full run down and working of the thermostat while on site, if not, why not?
