Nest Thermostat - obtain free power connector

Hello,

I am installing two Nest Thermostats (2 zone system) and have a boiler system (heat only) with a 2-wire setup at the existing thermostats.  Upon install, the app indicates FREE power connectors available and a link.  My question is can the free offer be used at a retailer and/or rebated if purchased in store?  The delivery timeframe is roughly a week and looking to complete the project today if possible.
