Nest Thermostat - remove a family member

Monkey2

Hi - How do I remove a family member?  On the App it states that now that Nest and Google have come together, invitations can only be resent or removed from the Google Home app.

I can't find out where this is, they are not listed on my Google Home as a family member.  I need to remove someone's access.

Thanks

  2. Switch to the home that you want to edit.
  3. Tap Settings MrVacca_1-1668090816276.png

HI, thanks.  They aren't listed there. They are listed on the Nest app but no where on Google home.

Hi folks,

@MrVacca, thanks for the help!

@Monkey2, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with removing a family member on your Google Home app. I'd love to know more about this. Is the home members list on your Google Home app blank? Also, could you check if there's an update for the Google Home app?

Thanks,

Edward
