The screen of one of my nest thermostats (3rd gen pro) has been damaged by a cleaning agent. Is there anyway I can get a replacement screen?

I've submitted the warranty application so just waiting to hear back now.
Thanks so much for your help. Hopefully can get the problem resolved under warranty. If not, is there a repairs centre that can be used?
