Nest Thermostat stopped holding a charge

Hello, my nest randomly stopped working after a few months. The screen's not responsive, red flashing led indicates low charge. When I connect to micro USB to charge, it does nothing. The T-stat wires are correct and voltage is there. It's as if the batter has gone bad. can someone please help me get this fixed?

Thanks

Hi Beebe2021,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what states are you located? How long did you charge your thermostat? Were you able to try to connect it directly to a power outlet? How about using a different micro USB cable?

Best,

Jenelyn
