Nest Thermostat turning off to charge the battery

My Nest Thermostat keeps saying it needs to turn itself off so the Battery can be recharged. I try to go to settings to gsee what the battery voltage is and it half-way there it does turn itself off. The little LED at the top starts flashing green after restarting.

I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. Here is a great article that will go over how to check oru batteries to see if they are bad or not. I think it would help you out!
