Hi, does anybody know if I can utilise a Nest Thermostat with a John Guest 8 zone wiring manifold ?

Apologies, I didn’t read your post correctly. Yes you can. You just need to make sure you have enough room near the manifold for the nest receivers. If not enough space you may have to fit them where you have space. Which will mean additional wiring .

Hello, are you trying to control all 8 zones or just one zone with the nest?

I have an 8 pipe manifold but likely only going to use 5 zones. Can I connect a Nest thermostat to control each zone?

Yes you can. It will mean all 5 zones though trying to be controlled by the one thermostat. Connect the nest to the first zone at the manifold and then link to other zones.

So I cannot use a Nest Thermostat to control each individual zone? for instance wired Nest Thermostat 1 to zone 1 (e.g. Living room), Nest Themostat 2 to zone 2 (e.g. Kitchen) and so on?
