At our vacation home in Florida, I had my Nest Thermostat (SN 24151J3DB2GW4C) installed yesterday by an HVAC professional, setting it up with the Google Home APP and scanning the QR code. But when I go to the Nest APP, there is no product appearing and at the Home page, it says "Add Product". When I try to add my product by scanning the QR code, I get "Try Again". Can someone help me connect my Nest Thermostat to my Android Galaxy 9 phone. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.
If what you have is the new Nest Thermostat with a mirrored display, I'm afraid this can only be set up and controlled using the Google Home app. You may check this link to know more about getting started with it: https://bit.ly/3h1iyNw
