Nest Thermostat

Code: m24 says to contact the support team. How do I do that? My thermostat would say the room is at 90 degrees when it was 65. Now it displays the code m24. When troubleshooting it says to contact support. How is that done when there is no phone number listed? I would like a phone number. Steve Bragg 218 663 7682

Google Nest does not give out a Support number. And they won't call you based on a post in this forum.  (They don't want us to post personal information like names and phone numbers, and may remove them from your post.)  We have to start with the link below, and click "Next step" on the "Resources" page to skip past researching solutions to get to the page with the contact options (phone call and chat):

Hello folks,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry.

I appreciate the help, @MplsCustomer.

@SteveBragg, it appears to be a power-related concern with your Nest Thermostat. But I'd love to know more about this.

  • When did you buy the thermostat?
  • When was the device first paired?
  • Did you receive an email about the message code showing on your thermostat's screen?
  • Please share with us a photo of your thermostat's wiring.
  • Did you add a C-wire or change its wiring after you paired it?
  • Type of your HVAC system.
  • Gather the power reading from the equipment settings on your actual thermostat.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,

Mark
