Same Wi-Fi Network: Make sure both your Nest thermostat and your iPad/iPhone 15 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Ensure the network has a strong and stable internet connection.
Bluetooth On, Not Connected: Enable Bluetooth on your iPad/iPhone 15, but don't connect it to any other Bluetooth devices during setup. It should solely be used for pairing with the thermostat.
