Nest Thermostats

I have six nest Thermostats in my home and one suddenly disconnected from wifi and shows offline in the app. All others are fine. I can't seem to find anyway to reconnect it to wifi.

I'm still getting the w5 error. I even purchased another Nest Thermostat hoping that would fix the problem and it did not. I have 5 other Nest Thermostats on my Nest app for this home. For some reason this location disconnected and will not reconnect to wifi or the app.
