Nest Thermostats

We are having problems with our nest thermostats at our church. We have a total of six nest thermostats they’re either not turning on or they show a temperature of 263° inside temperature. we have two Google nest learning, smart thermostats, which work perfectly fine. Is there a warranty we can look into or exchange for the thermostats that we’re having issues with?
