Recently my puppy chewed through cable to a Nest Thermo E Controller (the freestanding model that is powered by a cable and USB/plug. I tried to fix it but this failed so I purchased a used on off ebay.
The new unit has arrived in its original packaging etc so seems legit, as does the seller. However having plugged it into the mains using the UK 3 pin plug it is not powering up?
If it was disconnected from the mains power by the seller some time ago do I need to allow it time to recharge and power up?
