Hi All,
I am trying to install a new Nest Thermostat. The WiFi is up and running. I have the Nest App (updated 3 weeks ago, so quite new). When I go to connect the thermostat to the app, there is an entry key code. I put it in and then get an error message. It says that I need to check the code and try again. I must have put in about 20 entry key codes but it keeps sending the same error message. I have reset the thermostat, started WiFi again, reinstalled WifFi, downloaded the app again. Does anyone have any ideas?
I would love to speak to a human, but in this rotten Google world that never seems possible.
Many thanks for any thoughts.

If you have the Nest Learning thermostat Gen 4 or the nest thermostat (2020) they are setup using the Google Home app.
