Hello Nest UK.
I am looking for the legal department for NEST UK to file a small claim against the company.
I have a thermostat that is under warranty for the next almost 2 years, the home / away using the sensor is not functioning. Also the Google Home app is not recording the consumption per day, week or month in the dahsboard. Multiple tests were done and a replacement was offered by the US department but when the case gets to the UK department it gets very complicated. I was even told that this not functioning would be a feature..
To resume, I need the legal apartment info to file my legal complaint. All support people refuse to give this info.
