Nest Wiring Compatibility

Is this wiring configuration compatible with the nest? I can’t figure out what the A wire goes to.

Your current thermostat uses a propitary interface that is not compatible with any Nest thermostat.

@Patrick_Caezza are there any options for installing the nest for my system? Do I need to run a new wire? I have an hvac profesional coming today to look but I don’t want them to mess up my system. Thank you!
