My Nest thermostat is online and functioning. The app says the thermostat is offline. How to fix this?

You need to verify the correct WiFi network is registered in the thermostat. Then, go to settings and NestPro and see if it downloads your company information.

Did you use your phone and the nest app to link to your thermostat? Did you follow the steps by step in the app and connected the app to the thermostat? The steps will have you scan the QR code on the thermostat to to link it to your app.

Hi Thanks for trying to help. I’ve had this for over a year and it suddenly did this. I went into settings on the Nest, checked everything including the battery. Everything looked fine. Went back to my phone and the app was back to normal. Was not working right all day and it suddenly is. 🤷♀️ Thanks again
