Nest app shows scheduled Hot Water permanently On

We've had our Nest Learning Thermostats for over 3 years now.  One controls the radiators and the hot water on a fixed schedule for each.  I noticed yesterday that the hot water was showing as On in both the Nest app and also on home.nest.com outside the scheduled time, which it should have been Off.  I tried switching it off and on using the settings gear icon, but it still displays a grey circle with "Hot Water ON until <next scheduled On time>".  If I press the circular icon it gives me the option to Boost, but not to switch off.  I don't believe it is actually asking the boiler to heat the hot water at this time. I've checked at different times of day and it's always the same.

Update:

It seems to be working today.  The hot water icon was still showing a grey circle with On, though it was well outside the scheduled time to be on.  I pressed it to Boost, and waited a short while.  The boiler came on, so I stopped the Boost.  This time the hot water icon went grey and displayed Off, just as it should do.  Yesterday when I tried it, it stayed grey but displayed On.  This happened both on the Nest Android app and on the website home.nest.com.

It seems that Google Nest have fixed the issue.

Hi, thanks for following up.  I think the issue is fixed, must have been a glitch at the server end.
