Hi, I live in an apartment complex and am hoping to install a Nest thermostat (and take it with me when I move). The online compatibility checker was inconclusive and I don’t know what kind of heating/cooling system is used in the building. It was built about a year ago so I’d be surprised if it wasn’t compatible, but better safe than sorry. Is my system compatible? (Hopefully a photo shows up below.)

Your current thermostat is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.
This wiring should work.
Blue - C to C
Orange - O to OB or */OB
Red - RC to Rc or R (jumper to RH not needed)
Green - G to G
Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y (jumper to W not needed)
The "or " is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
