Will Nest Learning thermostat work with my current wire configuration?

Looks like you have multiple stages of cooling and heating. Nest doesn’t have brown L & black E terminals. Need to verify more info on the type of system.

@JJS1, thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation and should be wired to the Nest Learning Thermostat as shown:

Take note that Nest Thermostats does not need the L and jumper wires, so you may disconnect these. Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Learning Thermostat.
