Nest compatibility

Help pls!! confused if this is compatible with any of the Nest Thermostat devices, especially with the top right wire connected to W/E which is not on the compatibility checklist.

Your current thermostat is compatible was any of the Nest thermostats.

 

Suggested wiring.

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

White - W/E to W1 or W

Green - G to G

Red - RC to Rc or R (jumper to RH not needed)

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat. You should add a C wire if there is a spare wire or use the Google Nest Power Connector to prevent any trouble down the road.
