Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen

Try this wiring.

Red - R to Rc

Orange - O to OB

Tan - C to C

Yellow - Y to Y1

Blue - E to * (set as emergency heat)

Green - G to G

White - W2 to W2 (set as Aux heat)
