Hello, our Gen 3 Nest continues to go back to Auto Schedule despite us turning this feature off repeatedly in the app as well as manually deleting the learning schedule it has accrued. The only thing I can think of is that we live in a more remote area and the Nest is disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi and somehow resetting itself (and these settings). Any advice? We want to control our temperatures manually as sometimes we wake up for events very early in freezing temps and turn the heat up high, but other days our weather is mild, we want to sleep in and keep it cool, yet the heat comes on and wakes us up/makes us so hot!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. This doesn’t happen normally, but let's look deeper into it. What we recommend is to start fresh on the device. We can achieve this by clearing everything so that you can use the device in manual mode and clearing previous learnings. Follow the steps below:
Once the device is removed from your Nest app and resets to factory default, add it back to your Nest app and on your thermostat, go to Nest Learning Thermostat Settings Reset Schedule. Go to Settings Nest Sense Auto-Schedule (Turn off Auto-Schedule).
Those steps will help us start fresh and clear out all the schedule and auto-schedule setup on the Nest Thermostat.
