I have a nest e. And it doesn’t want to hold a charge. I have to take it off base to charge but then mu cooling unit stops working and it’s hot here in Florida. How do I change battery and how do I get one?
thanks

Since an update on November 2nd my less than one year old gen 3 Nest Learning Thermostat has now stopped working twice now due to a battery /charging issue. It'll charge on my desk using its USB port, which I've now done two times. When I check its "Power" readouts though its settings menu it shows:
Battery - 3.852 V
Vin - 32.45 V
Vout - 32.45 V
lin - 200 mA(c)
All appear to be expected readouts.
Prior to Nov 2nd it worked flawlessly.
