Nest family member

Hi, 

thanks in advance and hoping someone can help.

I am manager of the nest thermostat and I’m trying to add the mrs so she can also control the thermostat, but although she is added on Google home there is nothing showing on the nest app.

it used to be ok, but stopped working for some reason.

she is using an iPhone.

If you have the Google Nest Thermostat, it is only installed in the Google Home app and does not appear the Google Nest app, unlike the Nest Thermostat E and Nest Learning Thermostat, which are installed in the Google Nest app but then are supposed to automatically appear in the Google Home app.  All thanks to Google Nest's 2-app approach.
