Nest flashing

Nest thermostat keeps flashing red and green. The green flashes then a White House, which flashes off, then returns before turning off - it then flashes red and says the thermostat is restarting back in a bit then flashes red and just keeps recurring over and over again. The product isn't wired in, it is on a direct charge using USB cable, base unit is wired in. Thinking wiring is fine as it was working prior. Approx under 1year old. Not sure how to resolve it - so advice would be welcome

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate you being a step ahead of us. I just want to confirm, in what states are you located? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Did you receive a low battery message before the main issue occurs?
