Nest heat link stopped working,

Heat link has 230 volt supply but no led and no power coming out, how do I get a new one please.

Hello AlexD, thank you for your helpful hints, I have been through all your tips and everything is as it should be apart from the heat link which has power in but nothing out, dead. Thank you again for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to us here @EthFin44 . I am sorry to hear you are facing difficulties with your device. If you haven't already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.

If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Hello Larisal, sorry I have not been in touch but I am struggling to get any further forward with trying to get a new heat link. I got one reply saying they had a case number which is 2-1682000035536, and would I log onto the help section with number 

41429190, did all that but nothing happened. Serial number of thermostat is

09AA01AC421901ZK, hope all this helps. Hope you can help me to get a new heat link,
