My heat link has stopped communicating with my boiler - receives signal but just clicks with no action.
Heatlink is showing a solid green light, manual mode does nothing. It was working fine last week with a schedule.
Customer support have refused to help as it’s 5 years old, leaving me in a freezing house. When I asked how to find a new heat link they just gave me info about thermostats.
please could anyone help?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! In situations like this we recommend a continuity test. For that you will need an installer with a multi meter. I suggest you contact us when the installer is there and we perform the continuity test together so we can document the results.
