Nest is not firing up the bolier

Nest Thermostat has been working great up until last night - last software update 19/11/2022! Nest was installed over 4yrs ago, boiler is 3 years old and worked perfectly with the nest until last night.

Now the nest will not fire up the boiler ... no heating or hot water 

I've reset the nest

I've factory reset the Nest

I've pressed the button on the Link (white square thing in my airing cupboard) lights come on but no heat in rads or hot water...

what shall I try next?

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Could you tell us the type of Nest thermostat you have? Do you have a system or a combi boiler? Is the control On/Off or Opentherm? Has there been any recent work done on your thermostat or heating system? If yes: what kind of work was done? Was the power restored correctly to the system? Were there any power outages? Also, what country are you located in?
