Nest learning schedule

Hi all

Can someone tell me if the below schedule is correct when I just want the heating to come on between 7am and 11.30pm?

Been  dealing with the heat being on on the middle of the night when it shouldn't be.

Pipe freezing is on 2°c

Never had a schedule and was ok during the summer.

But now with the colder weather it's being weird again.

So giving the schedule another attempt.

No, to stop heating at 11:30 you need to change the 11:30 temperature to the lowest possible number, which I think is 9.

Each orange ball tells the Nest to heat your home to that temperature until there's another orange ball. So the 21 that you have at 11:30 tells the Nest, "heat to 21 until the next orange ball." Instead, you want to tell the Nest at 11:30, "heat only to 9 until the next orange ball." I.e., don't turn the heat on during the night unless the temperature falls below 9.

Ok. Thanks i adjusted it.

Gonna see if this solved the problem.

If I turn early on back on and set it to 1 hour.

Would this start the heater at 6 in this case?

Hi folks,

@CBFox, thanks for the help!

@YvesT, Based on the schedule, it's supposed to turn on your heating at 6 if you set the Early On for 1 hour. How's it going with your Nest Thermostat? Let us know if you have questions and we'd be glad to assist you.

Thanks,

Edward
