Nest learning thermostat WiFi connection problem

I tried everything they said to do to connect my thermostat, but I still can't make it to conect to the wifi, I need some help

I am sorry to hear about what's happening with your thermostat. Could you tell us which Nest Thermostat you're using? Are you getting any error message from the thermostat display? Do you have a common (C) wire connected?
