I am unable to reset the thermostat because it constantly reboots to the google sign and then is a black screen with red blinking light. i have tried to charge via USB which didnt work. Sometimes the attempt to reset gives a message saying restarting, try back later. I have tried all the steps from prior posts with same issue to no avail. bought it a few months ago after heating season and I don't have AC. by the time I got my heating guy to install it it was past the 30 day warranty period. it did work for a short time before this happened but it was never used as it was summer. A month ago this started so it is broken and has never een used
