Hi,
Newly purchased nest learning thermostats (1 week old), downstairs has lost connection to WiFi and cannot see any networks although there are at least 4 it can connect to. Still operating manually. Upstairs still connected to internet and can be accessed via nest app also. Carried out all the troubleshooting steps, reset, reset router etc nothing working so far. Still cannot see the available networks.

Any tips/advice? Fully qualified electrician, and installed it personally so the install is not an issue

Mine same exact issue , replaced battery factory reset and connected back and wifi not connected it says and kept going offline, installed on Oct 15, mine is 2 wire R and W only . I use for heat only . Kept asking for Common wire C. I don’t have C wire

Contacted Google support, turns out the head unit is faulty and they are sending out new unit
