Nest learning thermostat not cooling

Hello!

My c wires on my old thermostat had two wires connected on the same slot (one blue one white) idk which one I should connect on the new thermostat in the C slot and where to connect the extra one. Also, idk where to put my red Y wire. I connected it in y1 and it’s not cooling at all and I recall at first it said to put it in the O/B (Y red wire) but now it will only take it in the Y1 but it’s not cooling and it’s been 24 hours please help me someone

Hello Carranza822,

This an odd looking setup.  We need to take a look at the outdoor unit. It is possible that the white wire that was on C is the common being sent to the outdoor unit.  This would explain why you are not getting cooling when you ask for it.  Do you have access to the air handler / Furnace and the outdoor compressor unit?
