I have installed the device as instructed. It is not getting power I was able to charge using the USB port and got the message that the Rh is not sending power. Then I lost the device again

Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.
Let's further check it out by looking at the photo of your current wiring set up. Do you have a common (C) wire connected to your Nest Thermostat? Do you hear your HVAC system activate when you change the temperature from your thermostat?
