Nest learning thermostat rh Wire

SwingTrade
Community Member

Over the past few weeks, my learning thermostat can’t connect to the internet/Wi-Fi,  no power to the RH wire, and I have to reset my boiler which then works like a charm. The thermostat is also showing low battery even after charging.  The boiler seems to be working just fine.  On the app, the thermostat is showing offline as well.  The sensor also no longer works when walking past it.  Any suggestions? Is it the thermostat that needs replacing ?

@SwingTrade

Post a picture of how you have the thermostat wired and another of how the cable is connected to the boiler.

Is this a heat-only system?

Hi SwingTrade,

I wanted to check and see if you managed to see the information that Patrick_Caezza has shared. Also, can you help me with your Nest Learning Thermostat's power readouts?

  1. To open the Quick View menu, press the thermostat’s ring.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Turn the ring to highlight Technical Info then press the ring to select it.
  4. Select Power.
    • VOC
    • VIN
    • IIN

I'll look forward to your response.

I appreciate your help, @Patrick_Caezza

Best,

Zoe
