After a power failure to my house I'm unable to see my nest thermosate in either my nest app or Google home. It is the same form my wife. The device is connected to widi and can be used manually no problems.

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out. I want to take a closer look at this.
A few questions — are you logged into the Nest or Google Home app using the same email address you used to set up this Nest Learning Thermostat in question? Do you have a migrated Google account or are you still using an old Nest one? Also, have you tried logging out of your Nest app, force closing the app completely before relaunching it, then logging back in again?
