Nest not compatible - help please!

Was so excited to install my nest thermostat and during setup it said it was not compatible. Is there any way to make this work?? I have G, RC, RH, W and Y wires. Not sure what generation of nest I have. Just says Google nest thermostat on the box with mfg date of 10/2023

If the packaging only says 'Google Nest Thermostat,' then it is probably the basic thermostat and does not support 2 R wires (Rh, Rc). Only the Learning Thermostat 3rd, or 4th Gen, supports having two R wires.
