Nest not connected to heatlink and heat link showing no lights to be able to reset

The nest has lost connection to the heat link thermostat control. The heat link is showing no lights so when following the instructions I can’t reset and restart the heatlink to reconnect it. How do I restart the heat link to have power? Thanks

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are facing this behavior with your thermostat. I would be happy to try and assist.

 

If you have not already, make sure to check any breakers or switches at the location. Make sure to also check if the boiler has any separate ones, sometimes they do. If it all looks good go ahead and power cycle the device, turn the power off for a few minutes and back on the the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. See if after it has any reaction when you press the button on it and if any LED lights come on.
